James specialises in domestic and cross border acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate finance and special situations transactions.

James works closely with a wide range of loan market participants including commercial and investment banks, credit funds and other direct lenders, and corporate and private equity borrowers.

James has significant international experience having spent 10 years working in London and Amsterdam at a magic circle UK law firm, a top-tier US law firm and as a Director in the Acquisition Finance team of a Global Wholesale Bank.
